Focused on addressing the academic achievement gap, particularly among English learners (ELs), the study highlights the importance of cultural proficiency in education.  The findings advocate for investment in professional development and coaching to support teachers in implementing asset-based strategies like GLAD®, ultimately enhancing outcomes for diverse student populations.
