COME BACK SOON
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your interest in becoming a certified Trainer through the National Training Center. We value your interest, time, and commitment to learner success.
We are currently on pause in offering our Training of Trainer (TOT) process. We are working towards having a new training model for our TOT process available for the upcoming 2023-2024 year.
OCDE Project GLAD® Trainers In-Training are individuals who have been accepted into the OCDE Project GLAD® National Training Center Certification Program.
The 3-Day Advanced Research & Theory Workshop and 5-Day advanced Classroom Demonstration assist Training Teams in building the foundational knowledge and skills related to presenting, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, and consulting required to successfully complete OCDE Project GLAD® NTC Agency Trainer Certification. Training and certification prepares trainers to lead change, implementation, and sustainability in their own communities.
STEPS IN DEVELOPING TRAINERS IN-TRAINING:

Upon acceptance into the program, attend OCDE Project GLAD® Training with the National Training Center or Regional Training Center, including a 3-Day Advanced Research & Theory Workshop and a 5-Day Advanced Classroom Demonstration.
Complete and pass Certification. This includes a 2-Day Research & Theory Workshop and 4-Day Classroom Demonstration. Upon successful completion of Training, educators gain Agency Trainer status and are sanctioned to provide OCDE Project GLAD® Training.
