The development of Growth Mindset is a primary focus at Sunburst Youth Academy. One of the ways that we attempt to promote student confidence by having them recognize the language that goes with a fixed vs. a growth mindset. The collaborative activity pictured above allows them the opportunity to self-reflect and shift their thinking from one that limits their growth and potential to one that actively expands, opens and recognizes that they have unlimited potential.
